For an occupancy of 2 people, the 2nd or 3rd bedroom is not rented. So you have the entire house (except the 2nd or 3rd bedroom) to yourself. On request and for a surcharge, you can also use the second bedroom with 2 people.

Prices for the CAS IGUANA with one occupancy:

1 - 2 persons (1 bedroom) - €65 / night + €75 final cleaning

Each additional person - plus €12,50 per person and night

Prices for the CAS BON BINI with one occupancy:

1 - 2 persons (1 bedroom) - €75 / night + €85 final cleaning

Each additional person - plus €12,50 per person and night

Children younger 2 years stay for free.

Included in the price: 

Towels, bed linen, tea towels, gas, Wi-Fi, weekly linen change and information material. 

The costs for water and electricity are charged with the deposit of €300 for 1-2 persons or €450 for 3-6 persons  

Intermediate cleaning on request for €40 at the CAS IGUANA and €50 at the CAS BON BINI possible. (please specify when booking)

Check-out until 10:30. (Late check-out can be booked via the booking form)

On Curacao it is (almost) always beautiful, so also always season.

Check-out time is usually 10:30.

Our housekeeping will have enough time to prepare the holiday home for the next guests.

When booking the late check-out, the house is blocked in the occupancy plan for an additional day, so that the next guests at the earliest for the following day book or can arrive. This gives you the opportunity to use the house until your departure and you do not have to worry about your luggage or the possibility to take a shower.
